I’m a poet, novelist, short story writer, birder, and stargazer. As for the writing part, kidlit is my passion, although I do sometimes write for adults. Much of my inspiration comes from the natural world, the places I’ve been, and those faraway locales that I can only dream about (like outer space, because there’s no way you’re getting me on a rocket).
